I love this photo of Will.....I know I left you a little note on
F!ickr today, but I had to say it again!!

I believe he will be very confident....the more he sees and hears you handle these questions, he will emulate your words and actions and say them with the same confidence that you do.

As always, a beautiful and heartfelt post.

It is a beautiful photo of your beautiful son.

William will be empowered by his mama's wonderful example. You are doing a fabulous job seeing to that. Self Confident and strong.

Hugs, Gail.

I totally agree and find such beauty in the imperfections. A few weeks ago, I pulled up the pictures of out little cleft-affected Starfish to show Lily and Graeme. I was shocked when Graeme pointed to her unrepaired cleft lip and made a horrible face and said, "Yucky". Now on one hand, I realized the beauty of his self confidence and on the other, I realized that he had no idea of just how far he had come since he was a baby. I pulled out the one pic I have of him without his lip repaired and we began talking. He has come a long way since then. Thanks for sharing!

That is a fantastic photo of Will.

We all have imperfections - both physically and personally. I think Will's scar looks wonderful and will only get better in years to come. He doesn't seem to be lacking any self-confidence ;0)

He will grow strong and confident because of the love you fill his heart with everyday.

He is gorgeous! I have a son with a visible special need as well. I think the comments that other children make can be turned into such good opportunities. You are a great mama to your boy (and a great photographer too). :)
