Sunday snapshot {my youngest son}

William is 4(one of my favorite ages) and has this love and fascination this year with dandelions. He must pick every dandelion he sees. And I mean every single one. These pictures were taken on Friday while I was weeding in the backyard, I looked up and Will was on his mission to collect these vibrant yellow flowers. He runs over and says in his sweet little voice, 'Look Mommy, look what I found!' And he insists I 'smell' everyone of them. Of course I do...and I love this little guy to pieces!

Hop on over to Ni Hao Y'all to join in on Sunday Snapshot.

I love this picture of Will. You really captured the sweetness that lies within. I so wish we lived closer so you could meet my sweet little man. He too collects flowers, albeit they are weeds, for me every time we are outside. I think our boys are very similar in many ways.

Hope you have a peaceful Sunday!

Gosh, he is just so darn cute Gail and the cuteness comes shining through your pictures.

An, I have to know. How do you make a bunch of dandelions look so beautiful.

Thank you, for making my Sunday with these photos. I can use some cheering up today!

Sweet pictures! One of my six years old is the same way; she has to stop and pick every single dandelion and flowering weed that she comes across!

So sweet! And clearly, you've got a boy that ADORES his mama :)
I was just bemoaning the fact that since I've started weeding dandelions out of our yard, now my kids no longer refer to them as beloved flowers as they once did :(
Glad to see your little guys still loves 'em :)
Happy Sunday! And I'm so glad you decided to join in again this week!

My daughter picks dandelions and insists they are called 'sunflowers'. I try to tell and show her the differences but she's almost five and knows EVERYTHING. Although, I have talked her into not picking them as often because if you wait a few days they turn into 'wishers' She LOVES waiting for the wishers and lets me have a wisher all for my very own when she finds them. So cute!

Nice to hear you got some time in your garden this week-end. (Me...not one second - hopefully soon - it's calling my name.)

Have a great week!

What is it with kids and dandelions although as a mom I love to get them. The kids are always so proud to come to the door with a big bunch hiding behind their backs.

It's my favorite age, too! Will looks adorable in these photos. I need to ask, though... what do you do with the ones he gives you? I finally have a good spot - I found a vase that is perfect for little dandelions and clovers and the like. But before that? I *blush* used a shot glass.
