These lazy days of Summer have been awfully nice. We've been blowing bubbles...
Mr. Will plays on the backyard playset often and took time out to show me
his 'big muscles,' because you need them when you're hanging off the rings and trapeze.
And he also likes to be an upside down boy(complete with his sister's sunglasses the same way).
(this was ALL his idea )
I had to show off a little something beautiful that I actually cultivated in our backyard...
And the vehicles get lots and lots of use in the Summer months.

One of our favorite parts of Summer is the food... fresh blueberries, strawberries, watermelon, sweet corn, tomatoes, fresh green beans, and a local favorite... Door County (Wisconsin) cherries. Yum!
(presently Will's fav fruit is blueberries)

Isaiah is loving blueberries right now too. Yesterday we had blueberry pancakes and he was upset that we used them all. Off to the store for more!

Sounds like your summer is going well. Mine is too. So glad the baptism is over. Never realize how much work involved in planning a party. We really did have a great time. Lori took some wonderful pictures. I have to get the originals so I can post some on the blog.

Looks like a fabulous summer!!! I love these days too and we only have one more month and the kids go back to school! Yikes! Makes me sad to even think about it.

The kids look like they are loving every minute of this season. I love the cool white shades....especially when worn upsidedown:)
I am on the biggest blueberry kick right now....last weekend I made homemade blueberry muffins and this weekend I made blueberry pancakes...they were SO GOOD!!

I'm living vicariously through your summer since we are in the soupy fog until end of August so until then I will pretend I'm blowing bubble with Grace and riding scooters with Will. :)

Sweetie and I loved these shots. She told me what the kids were doing in every picture and when we got to the blueberries she tried to pick some...they're HER favorites too!
