Boredom, restlessness, or irritability that results from lack of environmental stimulation, as from a prolonged stay in a confined indoor area.
The wicked cold of a Wisconsin Winter has set in. School was cancelled on Thursday and Friday and with no school tomorrow for Martin Luther King Day we are finding things to do. The high temps were -20 to -25 (that's the regular temp, not the wind chill). Today we'll have a heat wave of 6 degrees, so we are venturing out to a movie. It will be William's first movie experience in a theater...Hotel for Dogs. Stay warm and toasty. :)

We are pretty balmy ourself's here with a temperature of -4 celsius! It feels like spring!
My best friends are the birds right now. I am there only source of food. They are cute hopping around in the snow. Especially if the sun shines. I think I am turnign in to a crazy bird lady!
I am sure William will love his day out at the movies.

How adorable...I see Daddy is doing horsey duty so I know its getting bad over there. It was 16 degrees here yesterday and I decided to stop looking at the thermometer! I can't even imagine how cold it is by you.
I never tire of the faces of your kids...love the photos!

What great pics! Oh yeah...we have been getting creative with things to do indoors around here as well- "marching band" with pots and pans...crafts-we love those foamy shapes...and games. It helps me to remember with each frigid passing day, we are that much closer to Spring!
I hope you enjoyed the movie. We almost went to the same movie today also. Probably at the same theatre. :)
Instead we went to Mall Cop. My kids loved it. I loved it. I didn't back out at the very last minute in the parking lot. I ate to much popcorn and am still drinking the soda.
Um, yeah. Same old story here.
We took the kids out sledding tonight and they had a blast. It did get a "little" less freezing today, or I wouldn't have let them go.
Sometimes I wonder why we live here!
Ilove th photos! It sure is Cooold over there.
Love the picture of the Will in the batman mask! Cute!
I was just reading some fun ideas for being stuck inside during the winter. (Wondertime Magazine) I think they have them listed on their web site. One of the ideas was putting the kids in their swimsuits and goggles and having them "swim" to find pretend fish throughout the house that mom hides. Good fun!
I live in the northern burbs of Chicago and it has been so cold....My son goes to WI Whitewater and he tells me it's much colder in WI....At what point do you say -20....-30.....who cares it's all freezing LOL Bring on summer!
I think I have big time cabin fever...your kids are so darn cute!!!!
