Life's been crazy busy on many levels. I've been neglecting my blog greatly(I'm sorry) but will do a post about Thanksgiving on Wednesday.
I had my last 2 outdoor photo sessions this weekend before the snow flies here. Thankfully I got them in because we're supposed to have a measurable snow on Wednesday. I guess I'm ready for the next 5 months of Winter, as ready as it gets.
I've really enjoyed taking pictures of families and it makes me happy when they love the results.
I'm thinking about setting up a little indoor (using our guestroom) studio to start taking pics. I'd set it up after Christmas.
Speaking of Christmas...wow! it's coming up quickly. I have started my shopping.
Yesterday it was 58 degrees outside so we put up our outside decorations, and my favorite wreath is on the front door.
I originally was hosting Thanksgiving for my entire extended family, was planning the menu and then last week my Mom decided she wanted to have it at her house. Thanks Mom!
Sounds like me.. I haven't updated my blog in forever..I am still getting around to blogs.. but not my own..lol.. I will soon.. Nick is leaving soon... Have a great Thanksgiving.. love ya..
I love your wreath! I hope that you have a wonderful Thanksgiving. We have lots to be thankful for, don't we? I am excited for you to do the indoor studio. I wish I had one, too. Have a great week :)
Gail dont worry I have neglected my blog and everyone elses blog too!!! It is a busy time of year. Have a very blessed Thanksgiving to you and your beautiful family.
Hi Gail, I have been neglecting blogging in general. Not enough hours in the day. I popped on FB for a moment and linked over from there.
What a beautiful wreath!! So glad to hear you got your two shoots in and may prepare for indoor winter shoots.
I'm hosting Thanksgiving as usual - 27 people. I'm looking forward to it, because 16 of them haven't met Kara. Now, ask me Thursday morning if I'm still looking forward to it, and you might get a different answer! :)
Oh I would love if my mom or mother-in-law called up and said they wanted to do Thanksgiving dinner! Lucky!! I've got 34 people coming...yeah just call me crazy and my moms smart. :)
Have a great Thanksgiving! I have been ignoring my blog, but for quite a while! I hosted Thanksgiving for the last 2 years, so it feels a little strange to not be worried about it this year! Enjoy it!
Your pictures are amazing - I wish I could come get my kids' pictures taken by you!
My blog is going to the wayside too. I am just so busy now with Sophia home and other things coming into my life. I hope you have a very blessed Thanksgiving. Your photography is beautiful.
Gail, I understand the being so busy thing. I think it's just part of the package with kids in the house. We are going to my sister's house. Mom/dad's house is tore up with a remodel, so my sister took Thanksgiving and I'm doing Christmas. Have a wonderful Turkey Day with the ones you love. ;)
